All prices are shown in NZ dollars. All orders are shipped from New Zealand.


We accept Afterpay, Zip, PayPal, Farmlands Card and online bank transfers. We accept in store laybuys too. We can only accept direct credit to our bank account in New Zealand.

We offer Farmlands Card in store only.

SHIPPING TIME

We use an overnight courier service within New Zealand and aim to dispatch parcels on the day of order placement, or the next working day. During busy periods, please allow 48 hours for order dispatch. If you require an item urgently please add this as a ‘note’ at checkout for our packing team, or email us. Please note that North Island and rural addresses may take longer. Please allow 1-3 working days during peak times.

All orders to destinations within New Zealand are tracked. Items may need to be signed for, so if you are not at home we recommend having your item sent to your work address.

Items will arrive within 1-3 working days of receiving your tracking information.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 
PLEASE NOTE: We take no liability for the return shipping cost or holding cost if international orders are returned to Hyde by customs authorities due to non-payment of customs and importation fees. The customer is responsible for paying all importation taxes and duties. 

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE 

PLEASE NOTE: Should you request for the courier to leave your parcel at a specific location, you acknowledge that you are forgoing the requirement for your parcel to be signed for upon delivery, and thus, we take no responsibility for lost, or stolen parcels. We suggest not requesting “leave at mailbox” etc.

PRE-ORDER / ARRIVING AT LATER DATE ITEMS

Your order will be dispatched in one package once the last of any pre-order items in your order, arrive. Therefore, if you have multiple items in your order, one of which is in stock, and you need it asap, you’ll need to order this in a separate order for it to be dispatched immediately.
